Our end-to-end Backyard Homes solution includes everything! Even dirt work...unless you've got a really tricky lot. Tree houses and side-of-mountain Backyard Homes do come with an extra charge.
*Builder sets pricing and base price can change. Permitting costs are different per county. We do include a credit for permitting. However, permitting costs can increase without notice.
